Buddy - VJ CUE BOT is provided by madeinzero, an independent developer based in Taiwan. This policy explains what the desktop app and this website collect.

What the app sends

When the app starts, activates a license or checks its license, it connects to arena-license.madeinzero.app and sends the product name, the license key you entered, a random verification value, and a machine code. The machine code is a one-way hash derived from your computer's hardware identifier. The server records when each machine code first and last connected, to run the trial period, license expiry and the two-computer limit.

The Windows version also connects to updates.madeinzero.app to check for new versions. These services are hosted on Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as IP addresses under its own policies.

What stays on your computer

Audio input, timecode, cue lists, Programmer playlist paths, color settings, reception history and backups of your Arena settings are stored locally and are not uploaded. The eyedropper color tool captures your screen once when you use it, reads the color and discards the image. It is neither saved nor uploaded.

The connection to Resolume Arena stays on your own computer (127.0.0.1).

Purchases

Orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy, and we never see your full card details. Our license server stores the license key, plan, expiry date, and the order and subscription references. It does not store your name or email address.

This website

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It stores your language choice in your browser.

Your choices

You can email us to access or delete the records tied to your license key. Uninstalling the Windows version removes its local data. On macOS, delete the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Arena TC Cue. Records needed for trial limits, active licenses or legal obligations may be kept for as long as they are required.

軟體會傳送的資料

軟體啟動、啟用序號或檢查授權時，會連線到 arena-license.madeinzero.app，傳送產品名稱、您輸入的序號、隨機驗證值，以及機器碼。機器碼是由電腦硬體識別碼經單向雜湊產生。伺服器會記錄每個機器碼首次與最近連線的時間，用於計算試用期、授權期限與同時 2 台的限制。

Windows 版另會連線到 updates.madeinzero.app 檢查新版本。上述服務由 Cloudflare 託管，IP 位址等連線資料依 Cloudflare 的政策處理。

只存在您電腦上的資料

音訊輸入、時間碼、Cue 清單、Programmer 歌單路徑、配色、接收紀錄以及 Arena 設定備份都存在本機，不會上傳。「吸色」功能只在您使用時擷取一次螢幕畫面，取色後立即丟棄，不儲存也不上傳。

與 Resolume Arena 的連線只在您自己的電腦上進行（127.0.0.1）。

購買

訂單由 Creem 以 Merchant of Record 身分處理。Creem 依其隱私權政策收集付款與帳單資料，我們不會接觸完整的信用卡資料。我們的授權伺服器會保存序號、方案、到期日，以及訂單與訂閱編號，不保存您的姓名或 email。

本網站不使用分析或廣告 Cookie，只會在您的瀏覽器記住語言選擇。

您的權利

您可以來信要求查詢或刪除與您序號相關的紀錄。Windows 版解除安裝會刪除本機資料；macOS 可刪除 ~/Library/Application Support/Arena TC Cue 資料夾。試用限制、有效授權或法律義務所需的紀錄，會在必要期間內保留。
